Returns - Unopened / Unused Items are returnable within 15 days of the purchase date. These items must be in resellable condition and are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Returned items are shipped back to Gen-Parts at the customer's expense.

Defective items can be returned within 30 days of the purchase date and only for an exact item replacement. The replacement item will be shipped to you upon verification that the item in question is indeed faulty due to manufactures defect. If expedient shipping is needed on the replacement item, it can be purchased from Gen-Parts at your previous price and then the amount refunded to you once the defective nature of the item has been determined. Please review all of the information on the Gen-Parts.com website including the FREE Online Manuals. We are continuing to provide you with as much information as we can so that you can make an educated purchase. Full Refunds are not accepted at Gen-Parts.com.

Purchasing - Gen-parts.com accepts all major credits when calling our toll free number. However, all purchases online are conducted through Paypal. This is the safest and most secure way of conducting the transaction through Gen-Parts.com. You do not need a Paypal account to make a purchase through Paypal.

Shipping - The FREE Shipping charge is valid inside the Continental United States Only. UPS will handle all shipping from Gen-parts.com. So please do not provide us with a PO Box. We need a valid street name number for delivery. Please allow 3-5 business days for your shipment to arrive. Shipping outside the U.S. to Canada, Mexico, Puerto Rico will require an additional $25.00 shipping charge.

Backorders - Sometimes the manufacturer will be backed up with orders or the part is still being produced. This is beyond the control of Gen-parts.com. Gen-parts.com is not responsible for backorders from the manufacturer. We will do everything we can ensure that the manufacturer ship your product as quickly as possible, but no refunds will be given.
